Alfa Leisureplex Group have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales to join our team in a newly created role based at our Central Office in Euxton, Chorley. The Alfa Leisureplex Group is one of the UK’s most highly respected coach holiday and hotel companies with a consolidated turnover of over £70 million per year. About the job This role will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for leading our sales teams, supporting the continued growth of the business through strategic planning and acquisition of new business. The role will also collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to align sales and marketing strategies to achieve the business objectives. This role will be office based with an expectation to travel on a regular basis as required, with access to a modern pool car. You will predominately work 5 days per week Monday- Friday over 37.5 hours with flexible hours in place. The salary for this role will be based on skills and experience; with a salary range of £55,000-£60,000 per annum, with additional qualification for our management bonus scheme based on group performance. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for: Leading and inspiring the Call Centre and Customer Care teams to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Drive business growth through the Alfa and Leisureplex Groups teams, through acquisition of new customers. Working with the Travel Trade Executive to build strong relationships with travel agents and expand the travel trade presence in areas of growth. Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to generate new business and expand market share. Representing Alfa Travel at trade shows and industry events to promote our brand and build partnerships. Monitor performance metrics and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded. Key skills and experience Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the travel or hospitality sector. A strong understanding of the travel trade, particularly partnerships with travel agents. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strategic vision and the ability to deliver tangible results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
