The Fund Valuation team provides best-in-class valuation and strategic advice to institutional investors, asset managers, and property funds across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Role Overview: As a Senior Surveyor sitting in the Fund Valuation team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation reports and strategic insights for a diverse portfolio of real estate funds. You will work closely with clients to ensure compliance with RICS standards, market trends, and investment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct valuations for a range of commercials for fund management and investment purposes. Provide detailed market analysis and strategic insights to institutional investors and asset managers. Ensure valuations comply with RICS Red Book standards and client-specific requirements. Collaborate with internal teams across investment, asset management, and research functions. Maintain and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for valuation and portfolio strategy. Assist in preparing valuation presentations, investor reports, and due diligence documentation. Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and investment strategies. Support junior surveyors in professional development and technical guidance. Key Skills & Experience: MRICS qualified with experience in fund or commercial property valuation. Strong knowledge of RICS Red Book standards and property investment principles. Experience valuing assets within retail, office, industrial, and alternative sectors. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with experience using Argus, Excel, and other valuation software. Excellent communication and client management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
