1. Determine and drive standards for business cases including the identification of benefits and sources of value (financial and non-financial), developing program budget to ensure effective return on investment.
2. Support business/project leaders and change teams in creating business propositions and identifying sources of value, taking an active lead on strategic programmes.
3. Collaborate closely with CFO and other senior management to build 5-year transformation financial plan and annual budget.
4. Determine and ensure that programs are correctly prioritised to deliver most overall value to the business.
5. Ensure timely and accurate reporting against agreed metrics, in conjunction with the process lead to drive outcomes within approved parameters.

6. Recognised as a transformation expert across the business with validated business/commercial acumen and strong knowledge of business finance.

8. Able to focus on hard outcomes – making logical decisions aligned to program landmarks, tracking progress and monitoring benefits, maintaining pace of execution whilst managing/mitigating risk.
9. Acquire an in-depth knowledge of SJP, Partners and Clients with a strong understanding of the wealth management industry, key competitors and the regulatory environment.
10. Utilise data driven analysis to structure a problem and provide recommendations that drive the best return for the business.
11. Assimilate large quantities of information and apply findings to solve complex planning and strategic problems.
12. Work successfully in a constantly evolving and complex environment.
13. Responsible, with wider RDO leadership team, for shaping the RDO team in line with business requirements with a keen focus on budget and return on investment to drive forward business success and investor confidence.
14. Line manager for individual team and responsible for development and implementation of business continuity plans and procedures.
15. Embedding FCA’s principle 12 within the team including any associated policies and practices.
