Unipart secured the contract to run the new, custom-built Jaguar Land Rover Global Parts Logistics Centre at Appleby Magna in Leicestershire, at the new Mercia Park campus, one of the largest UK warehouse developments for a single customer.As General Manager you will deliver world-class standards in cost, quality, and delivery and you will focus on activity in support of our strategic growth and development. You will be fully accountable for the performance and management of warehouse operations and will have the opportunity to define, plan, manage, and sustain organisation and operational change and transformation projects that will truly make a difference.A full ‘360’ role, you will manage all aspects of the Distribution Centre covering inbound and outbound processing, warehouse management, distribution management, internal quality control, returns processing and stock integrity, safety, budget, Unipart Way, and compliance.
