Job summary
Administrator / Receptionist
New Forest CMHT (West) - Waterford House, New Milton
We are looking for someone to work full-time, Monday to Friday in a busy, customer/administration service-based role with the New Forest Community Treatment team based in New Milton.
This post will suit an experienced, enthusiastic and flexible individual who is committed to providing a first class customer care experience to patients. This post will suit individuals who thrive in busy dynamic environments.
You must:
1. Demonstrate previous experience of delivering first class customer care in a dynamic environment
2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills
3. Demonstrate the personal qualities required of a caring, compassionate and flexible individual
4. Possess IT Skills
Main duties, tasks & skills required
1. To input clinical data onto the electronic patient record
2. To receive incoming telephone calls and recorded messages to the Service and take messages, taking action where appropriate and within level of responsibility, including making calls to outside agencies
3. To receive all incoming mail and distribute to the relevant recipient. To sort outgoing mail for the Royal Mail and internal services
4. To organise room bookings and pre-book rooms for regular meetings
5. To carry out photocopying, scanning and filing as required
6. To order stationery and medical supplies as required
