Scheduling Administrator
WIGAN (fully office based)
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
We are working with this modern, rapidly expanding business based in the Wigan area, who due to constant growth and expansion are recruiting for a Scheduling Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be providing a high quality, efficient and customer focussed maintenance service across an ever-growing portfolio, as well as providing an administrative support function for the maintenance and planned services department. The main focus of the role will be receiving and making calls, whilst effectively dealing with customer, contractor and supplier queries.
Responsibilities:
* Collating and calculating time sheet information and submitting for processing
* Acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries via telephone and email
* Producing letters and correspondence to customers and contractors
* Uploading information from paper and digital locations and inputting into various systems
* Organising, processing and filing documents
* Accurately generating PO numbers
* Producing communications to customers and keeping them updated accordingly
* Managing complaints promptly and seeing through to resolution
* Managing colleague and subcontractor queries
* Promoting a positive H&S culture
* Regularly reviewing services being delivered, ensuring innovation and best practice
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience of developing strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and contractors
* Good IT literacy skills with al Microsoft applications
* Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
