Temporary Contract
Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with commercial building within Edinburgh who are looking to onboard a Front of House / Receptionist with the need of temporary cover for the first week in February.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from clients
- Providing answers to queries or directing calls to the correct member of staff
- Dealing with emails in the shared inbox
- Welcoming guests to the office
- Filing and scanning
- Open and Close the building, daily
- Ad hoc admin duties
Person specifications:
- Previous experience working in a Receptionist or Administrator position
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Previous Switchboard experience (Essential)
- Previous experience working with MS Office
