We are seeking a highly experienced NEC Project Manager with Highways experience and a strong track record of major project delivery. You will lead the delivery of a major highway scheme, from construction contract mobilisation through the 2 years construction stage including considerable site presence. You will be supported by our commercial team and work alongside the NEC Supervisor and their support team. The scheme comprises: Delivery of a large and complex highways scheme including new junctions and active travel infrastructure Significant earthworks Structures, including overbridges, and other structures. Street lighting Traffic signals Environmental mitigation and landscape works Engagement with third parties including Network Rail and Statutory Undertakers Considerable experience in successful delivery of an NEC3 / NEC4 PM role(s) on major highways projects _ proven NEC contract management experience that has led to successful outcomes Excellent communication skills to work in a collaborative environment with our client and their appointed works contractors Construction, commercial and programming analysis skills Extensive knowledge and experience of construction contracts, commercial and compensation events and final accounts management and processing Ability to be on site for a minimum of 2 to 3 days per week which could increase during construction Our culture Our values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity.
