This is an exciting opportunity to become a Team Leader within the Clinical Administration Service, to lead and motivate our clinical administration teams, supporting our clinical colleagues and key stakeholders to deliver the very best care for our patients.
You will support the Hub manager with their work while motivating your team. You may work at Castle Hill Hospital or HRI site.
You will oversee outpatient clinics, inpatient waiting lists, and patient correspondence teams, adhering to performance targets and identifying continuous service improvements.
You'll be required to analyze performance data, ensuring high standards of operational integrity, using the data to coach and develop your team.
As an advocate for the clinical administration service, you will be a visible role model promoting the work and achievements of our teams.
If you are an external applicant, you will be required to start on the first working Tuesday of the month to ensure you are welcomed into the trust and provided with the best experience possible. This will be via the Trust Induction and then the Clinical Administration induction training plan.

Qualifications
* Good Standard of higher education including GCSE level or equivalent, Maths and English Language
* Level 4 qualification in Administration or management
* Willing to work towards a level 4 qualification in Administration/Management/Team Leader
Experience
* Experience of providing a service to patients/customers
* Experience of Microsoft Office products
* Experience of supervising a team
* Understanding of the clinical administration pathway
* Experience of conflict resolution
