Main duties of the job
As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients stay healthy when they need it most.
Job responsibilities
We welcome Registered Physiotherapists to apply for this position who hold a full driving licence and are looking for a varied role in the Urgent Community Response team supporting admission avoidance and hospital discharge patients. The job involves multidisciplinary working across both acute and community services to ensure patients are supported into the right pathway in a timely way. The team consists of Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Rehab Support Workers, Support Workers, and trainee Nursing Associates.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week across 7 days from 8 am - 8 pm.
Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2023-4 pay bandings.
