To provide the day to day administration support to the Connected SLT
Specific Responsibilities
* Provide diary management to MD of Connected and the SLT
* Provide a comprehensive administration service to all Connected SLT as required.
* To liaise with clients to resolve problems/issues at earliest opportunity.
* General office duties.
* Travel and hotel booking
* Ensure Connected align with the Group processes
* Liaise collaboratively with internal stakeholders and pillars
* Build relationships with office and site based colleagues
* Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Proficient IT skills particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook and keen to extend knowledge on software packages further.
* Well organised with good time management skills.
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Previous experience in a senior administration role

* This job is a part-time permanent role, 10am-2pm or 10am-3pm is an option to be discussed on interview. Monday to Friday from our Warrington Office
