Job Details: Salary Range: £32,149 - £35,241 pro-rata, per annum Work Location: EII Court, Winchester; Swanwick Lodge, Southampton or Tatchbury Mount, Southampton Hours per week: Various Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date: 5 February 2025 Interview Date: 17 February 2025 The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented professional to join our team and play a key role in delivering/supporting the continued growth and develop of the Secure and Specialist Education service though these three tutor roles. We have availability for roles at Swanwick Lodge, which is a secure children’s home; Tatchbury Mount, which is a secure psychiatric hospital; and Future You which is a hybrid online/ in person tutoring service. Secure and Specialist Education is a part of the Participation & Lifelong Learning service, within Hampshire County Council’s Children’s Services Directorate, with the responsibility for delivering education to some of the county’s and the country’s most vulnerable learners. This role will involve the delivery of specialist tuition to learners across various of the Secure and Specialist settings with a view to supporting these children to re-engage with their education and make positive steps towards securing their future pathways.
