A leading Estate Agency located in the beautiful area of Maida Vale are recruiting for a Sales and Lettings Administrator to join their dynamic team. This position will play a pivotal role in the company providing support to a vibrant lettings and sales team.
This position would suit an individual who has worked in an administrative support role within residential sales or lettings. This is a full-time office-based role, Monday-Friday 9am to 6am.
Duties will include:
* Administrative support to the sales and lettings team
* Diary management, arranging viewings
* Handling incoming calls and emails
* Preparing tenancy agreements and sales memorandums
* Liaising with tenants and prospective clients
* Daily use of Veco and Reapit
* Assisting with marketing
