GSL Education is currently seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming secondary schools in the Scunthorpe area. Our partner schools are dedicated to providing high-quality education in a supportive and inclusive environment, and we're looking for individuals who share that commitment.

Your Role Will Include:
Assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons and classroom activities.
Providing targeted support for students with diverse learning needs, including those with SEN.
Working 1:1 or in small groups to boost student confidence, academic skills, and overall progress.
Supporting students in overcoming learning barriers to help them achieve their full potential.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with young people or students with SEN is preferred.
A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to build strong connections with students.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
