Our client is a highly regarded UK top 100 law firm who are seeking an experienced lawyer for their established property disputes team. The practice assists a variety of notable clients with residential and commercial portfolios and provide incoming lawyers with a market-leading internal development structure, excellent caseloads and a driven but supportive team.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a caseload of files, including work such as boundary disputes, rights over land ownership, covenants, joint ownership issues and more.
* Dealing directly with clients to take instructions and deliver on client expectations.
* Collaborating with senior members of the team on complex work.
* Developing your own profile and the teams through seminars, networking events, industry talks and more.
To be considered for this role you will:
* Have at least 4 years' experience within property litigation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Have an interest in specialisms such as service charge disputes, TOLATA claims, or property related professional negligence. This is desirable but not essential.
* Have a willingness to engage in business development and marketing initiatives.
