* Efficiently manage reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
* Support the team with administrative tasks as required
* Handle all incoming correspondence and redirect appropriately
* Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage related logistics
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the reception area
* Manage delivery of post and packages
* Assist in organising company events as required
