What you’ll be doing
* Preparing fresh ingredients according to recipes and menus
* Cooking food and preparing top-quality menu items promptly
* Testing foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
* Operating kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
* Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage areas
* Using creativity and attention to detail to create dishes that delight guests

* A Level 2 culinary qualification; we will fund your future training qualifications
