Operations Manager - Full-Time Position
* Annual Salary: Up to £52,000
* Location: Halesowen, West Midlands
* Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pm

We are seeking a talented Warehouse Manager to join my clients team in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage a broad range of tasks and work with some of the world’s leading brands.

The Role:

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity and operational performance of all activities in my client's warehouse. This includes inventory control, receiving & dispatch, service, UK production/QA, and Quality Control.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the warehouse in compliance with company policies and strategy.
* Oversee inbound & outbound stock, warehousing, and efficient space utilisation.
* Manage stock control and ensure ERP data accuracy.
* Act as the key liaison with logistics partners and customers.
* Line management of warehouse, production, and QC staff.
* Manage all warehouse aspects of periodic and annual stocktakes.
* Maintain all aspects of health and safety, hygiene, and security within the warehouse.
Candidate Profile:
1. Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
2. Multiple years’ experience in Warehouse Management.
