Bond Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an experienced Financial Planning Administrator on behalf of our client, a successful and well-established firm of Financial Planners based in Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire.
Role Overview
* Provide effective and efficient administration support to Advisers and Head Office.
* Assist Paraplanners and Advisers with case processing.
* Ensure timely completion of all New Business cases.
* Provide MI data to Management upon request.
Administrative Duties
* Handle correspondence, ensuring excellent service to clients and Advisers.
* Create client summaries within deadlines.
* Prepare Client Review Packs.
* Notify product providers of agency changes and manage Letters of Authority.
* Complete Policy Summary Sheets with received information.
* Address client queries regarding policies/investments and coordinate changes.
* Answer calls professionally.
* Coordinate effectively with clients, providers, Paraplanners, and Advisers.
* Provide general information as needed.
* Support other administrative tasks as directed by your Manager.
* Perform filing, scanning, shredding, and typing duties.
New Business Administrative Duties
* Accurately input new business data into the Back Office system.
* Complete compliance documentation.
* Ensure submitted new business is complete and compliant.
* Monitor progress and chase outstanding documentation.
* Check and issue policy documents as appropriate.
* Perform additional duties to ensure efficient processing of New Business.
Skills and Attributes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in technical and product research.
* Good time management and workload prioritization.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Professional and positive attitude.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
