One of the UK’s top financial planning company, has an opportunity within its expanding Group Risk & Healthcare team. The Corporate Client Administration Team Leader will have responsibility for building and maintaining an engaged, motivated and highly skilled team driven to outperform competitors and ensure client retention. They will also be required to expand the existing client delivery remit to embrace process improvement and coaching support of wider teams. Other responsibilities will include supporting the Group Risk & Health Manager coordinate the efforts of all assigned staff involved in client delivery across the Group Risk & Healthcare team, spanning teams as needed. The successful Corporate Client Administration Team Leader will also participate in regular client contact and administration team liaison to obtain vital process and performance feedback enabling enhancements. The Corporate Client Administration Team Leader will be expected to have a high degree of technical knowledge as they will be dealing with all aspects of Group Income Protection Insurance Schemes, Group Life Assurance schemes and Private Medical Insurance Schemes.
