THE ROLE: As Sales Specialist, the successful candidate will sell an innovative range of diagnostic instrumentation and consumables to pathology labs and procurement within NHS and private hospitals across the North Thames region. Typical customers will be Pathologists, Biomedical Scientists, EBME, Lab Managers and technicians and purchasing / procurement. You will inherit a territory that has been very well developed by the same person for the last 7 years, taking over a region with a great account base but also lots of potential for additional growth. With a strong focus on innovation and RD investment, their solution encompasses molecular, chemistry, haematology, and microscopic diagnostic, with new products launched last year that have opened up many more business career opportunities THE PERSON: Experience of selling medical devices or equipment to hospitals is essential Any experience of diagnostics and pathology labs is preferred Excellent relationship building and "closing" skills A desire to develop professional and learn new product areas Full driving license THE PACKAGE Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 OTE £10,000 Choice of car or car allowance Benefits: 10% Pension, H/care, Laptop, Mobile, lunch allowance, 24 days' holiday stats (increasing to 30) Full Benefits
