Customer Supply Chain Analyst – Operational Team

About the role
This is a Fixed Term Contract until end August 2025
As part of the EMEA Shared Service Centre, you'll be working with your colleagues in Order Management to complete various tasks across different countries to provide outstanding service. Using Lean methodology & tools, you’ll be looking for ways to improve and standardise processes. Using SAP scripting technology you’ll be looking for ways to create further automation opportunities.
About the Team/Department
The Customer Supply Chain function is made up of 6 multilingual teams who support our commercial businesses across the EMEA region with making sure our products are delivered on time in full, to our customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilise (AI Robot) Tool to maximise case fill rate
2. To work closely with other members of the Supply Chain Team, Marketing department, Sales and local countries as well as the Managers to provide outstanding service to all stakeholders.
3. Processing of sample/broker orders etc. to strict agreed country specific procedures
4. Accurate set up of customer and material master data records to ensure accurate delivery and billing processes.
5. Use automation tools to drive current processes and identify new automation opportunities.
6. Creation of accurate monthly metrics and use analytical skills to drive and lead optimization across the team and department.
7. Create capacity & drive efficiency by simplification and standardization of processes & procedures across multiple countries.
Experience you’ll bring:
8. Advanced Excel skills
9. Strong numeracy skills and an analytical mindset
10. Must be fluent in English and fluency in an EU language would be an advantage
