We have an exciting opportunity for a confident HR Business Partner to join a successful, growing business in a role supporting employees across the South East of England. This is a hybrid role with the need for flexibility to travel to different locations across the South East, as well as to the Head Office in Bagshot.
This is a generalist, operational Business Partnering role where you will provide HR advice and support to employees on a broad range of people related matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
* First point of contact for employee questions regarding policies and procedures
* Assist Line Managers with employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance processes, sickness & absence, performance management and more
* Assist with TUPE processes
* Provide advice and guidance on pay and reward structures
* Support with organisational change
* Provide coaching and guidance to managers
* Support with recruitment and employer branding initiatives
* Assist with HR projects as required
