We're looking for a Social Sustainability Coordinator to help drive all elements of Social Value and Diversity & Inclusion across the Transportation business. The role will cover two major projects M6 Lune Gorge and A66 Trans Pennine and will involve some Regional and National travel as required. A driving licence is an essential requirement for this position.

Location: Penrith - travel to the office and sites required, remote working available
Contract: Permanent Fulltime with some flexibility on hours
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year + £5k annual car allowance + benefits
What will you be responsible for?
As a Social Sustainability Coordinator, you will support the social sustainability team and wider business to achieve commitments for social value at a regional level as well as helping to produce industry-leading cross-business initiatives.
Your Day To Day Will Include:
* Monitor and report on the progress of social sustainability initiatives
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
* Promote social sustainability awareness and best practices

* Ability to collaborate with and build relationships with a range of stakeholders both internal and externally
