The Job Role
* An experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a busy, meeting and events driven hotel
* To run all food and beverage operations throughout the hotel and manage the team to ensure all areas run to the required standards at all times
* Working as part of a motivated team, you will provide constant levels of excellent service and customer relations to all guests.
* With a friendly, professional, and outgoing personality, you will help to drive sales within the food & beverage areas of the operation
* Enhance customer service standards
The Requirements
* The ideal candidate will have experience as a Conference & Banqueting or Food & Beverage manager within a hotel or large venue
* Excellent self-management skills are a must for the successful Food and Beverage Operations Manager
* The ability to make decisions under pressure
* Must be organized and have strong leadership and communication skills
* Must have an engaging personality with plenty of energy
