Key Responsibilities
1. Provide an end to end customer experience and support system for external global sales networks.
2. Implement and maintain a robust customer success model for your whole network.
3. Gain an understanding of your networks pain points and deliver responsive solutions and support.
4. Support and enhance the relationship with relevant departments and colleagues.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge so you can confidently demonstrate & make recommendations.
6. Ensure the CRM system and pipeline are kept up to date in order to accurately forecast and drive sales performance.
7. You need to be organised and will be able to prioritise effectively allowing you to take ownership of your client interactions to deliver a great experience.

10. Previous experience of working within an Investment Firm would be advantageous.
Please be aware that this role is fully based at our Southport Office and is 37.5 hours per week and is easily commutable from the surrounding areas of Southport, Ormskirk and Liverpool. Hybrid or remote working is not offered.
