The Role Marketing Work with department lead to create a Marketing strategy that matches the business goals Build a content calendar to consistently promote our offering to current and prospective clients Create engaging content including copy, photos and video content if required Publish content across platforms including the website, LinkedIn, Email, Blogs, and collateral Build relationships and knowledge across the business, to spot content creation opportunities about our innovative engineering work Bring your ideas, to capture clients’ imagination, increase engagement and drive sales leads Interview current clients to gather testimonials, work on PR opportunities when required Perform competitor analysis and keep up to date with industry and Marketing innovations Analyse and report on engagement metrics to increase quality of our Marketing output Recommend and implement Marketing tools that improve our quality of output Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows Ensure the website is optimised for SEO, work with an external SEO agency Client Management (25% of the role) Handle inbound inquiries from new and existing customers via email and telephone, providing excellent customer service Prepare and send quotations, processing orders, and manage associated documentation Assist with updating the CRM with accurate customer information Managing the site work calendar, client enquiry follow-up and report on sales and marketing activities The Person Existing Marketing experience is desired but not essential Degree in Marketing or relevant field An understanding or experience of engineering and/or technical problem solving Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) Online marketing channels including LinkedIn and Email Tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Design software, video editing skills are desired Creative to bring new ideas, dynamic self-starter, proactive and makes things happen Excellent communication skills and strong team player The Details Contract: Permanent Remuneration: £25,000 profit share excellent pension Location: North London Working: Full time on-site
