Part-time Administrator

Location: Bordon - Free Parking
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday 9am - 5pm / Tuesday - Friday 1pm - 5pm
Our client, a well-established family business in Bordon, is looking for a part-time Administrator to join their warm and supportive team.
If you enjoy interacting with clients, have a great telephone manner, and are ready to support across various departments, this role could be perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be the welcoming first point of contact for clients, both in person and on the phone
2. Handle incoming inquiries via phone, website, Checkatrade, and social media
3. Support the team with administrative tasks, ensuring they have everything needed for the day
4. Assist the business owner with ad-hoc duties
5. Take and process client payments
6. Maintain an organised workspace and provide overall team support
What We're Looking For:
1. Excellent telephone manner with a professional approach
2. Experience in the services industry (preferably)
3. Confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
4. Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
5. Positive attitude, ready to jump in and help wherever needed
6. Familiarity with Xero accounting software (desirable, but not essential)
