Role Overview: The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for day-to-day customer relations from quotes, fulfilling order and administration to technical support and assigning training. They deal with all administration aspects of the sales cycle and are an expert on the equipment sold by neurobox to clients. Responsibilities: Manage the quoting, ordering and invoicing for software, hardware, coaching and training delivered by neurobox, ensuring the clients receive the right equipment and the right support to get the best out of their products. Serve as the first point of contact for all sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication via email and phone. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. P rocess orders from websites and other channels efficiently and accurately including label printing, packing sheets, packaging and managing shipping so that customers are satisfied with neurobox’s service. Requirements: Essential Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus. Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
