During the development period the Trainee Quantity Surveyor will assist the Quantity Surveyor and carry out the following duties:\n\nAssist with the procurement of Sub-Contractors\nAssist with the preparation of Sub-Contract Orders\nContribute to the preparation of Monthly Valuations\nAssist with Payment of Sub-Contractors and Cash Flow Forecasting\nSupport the Quantity Surveyor with the preparation of Costs and Budgets\nReview and undertake site measurements\nAssist with the preparation of internal & external monthly reports\nLiaise with all members of the Site team, e.g. Project Manager, Site Manager, Design Manager\nLiaise with other departments within the business e.g. Estimating & Finance We offer a fully funded scheme where on completion you will gain a degree. Itâs not all about study and exams though. When youâre not in University youâll be putting into practice what youâve learned by working with experienced colleagues on a range of high profile projects.\n\nYou will get responsibility from an early stage in your career and will play a key role in helping deliver projects on time and under budget.
