We are currently looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Admin Assistant to join our busy team in Bromsgrove As our new Warehouse and Logistics Admin Assistant, you will work closely with both the logistics and supply chain departments, ensuring smooth operations within a dynamic team. Your responsibilities will encompass both hands-on tasks and administrative duties, including the picking and packing of goods, logging deliveries and shipments, and supporting warehouse maintenance. You will also communicate actively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues while assisting in completing necessary shipping documentation for both domestic and international shipments. This role offers the perfect blend of practical and strategic responsibilities. Hours of Work: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Warehouse and Logistics Admin Assistant Requirements: We are looking for someone to join a superb team and enhance and support already established roles and to develop and grow within a fast-growing company. Some of the skills you will bring with you are. A positive attitude and a desire to be the best provide excellent service. Good communication skills both, client facing and internally. Windows Based Computer and MS Office literate - Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel. A working knowledge of Sage accounts and/or other industry standard packages is an advantage. We are based outside of Bromsgrove, so a driving licence and vehicle are necessary. Ability to work well within a team and independently. Ability to use initiative and problem solve.
