Hours: Sunday - Thursday 2pm - 10pm
Salary: £30,182.88

The Role
* Ensure all ingredients meet high-quality standards before use.
* Maintain portion control for every dish prepared.
* Support and report to the Sous Chef daily.
* Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
* Collaborate with other sections and team members in a high-volume environment.
Good to Have
* Previous experience as a chef.
* NVQ Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent in catering).
* Ability to efficiently manage your section of the kitchen.
