Cook required for our small kitchen in our caravan site clubhouse to cook our evening menu. Seasonal March - October and part time, between 12 and 16 hours with less out of season and more during holiday periods. Approx 3 hrs per evening. Generally pub type meals/fast food. Can be very busy during school holidays.
Food Hygiene & Safety for Catering Level 2 Certificate required as a minimum. Must be able to complete food safety records accurately & follow cleaning schedule as required for food premises. Main duties consist of ordering food from our suppliers on a weekly basis, stock rotation, preparation of side salads, cooking mainly from freezer, plating up meals and at the end of shift washing up, cleaning down and basically running the kitchen completely.
Help in the form of food delivery, washing up etc during busy times.
