Role overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning agency as a PR Account Manager.
The successful candidate will help lead the day-to-day delivery of large scale integrated campaigns and busy press office functions.
As an Account Manager at Mischief, you will:
1. Lynchpin on busy press office functions alongside being a key player in delivery of high-impact campaign work
2. Manage both up and down on busy accounts
3. Coach, delegate and impart knowledge on more junior team members
4. Have exceptional client handling
5. Plan ahead and juggle multiple projects
6. Lead by example in fostering a creative culture across the team
7. Understand the client's business objectives, and ensuring we sell back results in the right way
8. Have the ability to work at speed under tight time constraints
9. Be best in class media relations expertise - ability to guide and advise the junior team on how to deliver stand out coverage as well as regularly delivering strong coverage
10. Have strong working knowledge of influencer marketing (from identification to execution and measurement)
11. Have an understanding of social media formats and processes to enable campaign ideas to elevate beyond traditional media alone
12. Have an understanding of key measurement processes, encouraging a results focused ethos in team
13. Earn positive publicity for Mischief as a business
14. Have a financial understanding and business acumen - experience in financial processes inc. supplier agreements, raising POs, drafting budgets etc
15. Have experience in contracting of partnerships/talent/influencers
You will:
1. Have proven experience within the PR sector delivering high-impact campaigns, running retainer work and overseeing busy press office functions
2. Have the ability to inspire their colleagues and clients alike
3. Have strong knowledge of current affairs in the industry
4. Have impeccable interpersonal and social skills
5. Be efficient multitasking and time management abilities
6. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Have exceptional knowledge of the media landscape and the skills to lead a team to deliver best in class media strategies and coverage for clients
8. Have an understanding of influencer strategies and have delivered paid and organic partnerships
9. Have an understanding of social media strategies (paid and organic)
