A well-established company based in Castle Donington has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a part-time Marketing Assistant to cover maternity leave. Based in the Sales Office, you will be working closely with the sales team and report to the Sales Office Manager.
Key Duties
1. Assisting with marketing tasks
2. Using Salesforce for mailers about deals, pushing out marketing material
3. Calling people for follow-ups
4. Social Media updating
5. Ordering staff uniform
6. Stock machine management/Ordering
7. General office tasks & administration as required
Skills and Experience Required
1. Ideally experience within marketing or some knowledge
2. Savvy on LinkedIn and Instagram
3. Meticulous approach to quality of work with very high attention to detail and accuracy
4. Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
The Part-Time Marketing Assistant will work in a very varied role. This will initially be on a fixed-term contract of 15 months and a part-time basis, 22.5 hours a week. These hours can be over 3, 4, or 5 days per week.
Applicants must have attention to detail, be able to prioritise workloads, and work under pressure. In return, you will be offered a salary of £17,000 based on 22.5 hours, 25 days holiday (pro rata), pension scheme, and free parking.
