Payroll Business Analyst
Location: Solihull/Hybrid
Contract Type: Temporary (12 Months, potential for extension)
Salary: £400 per day via Umbrella Company
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
Support payroll transformation projects aligned with business goals.
Analyse existing payroll processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Facilitate process mapping, gap analysis, and change impact assessments.
Conduct due diligence on payroll processes to ensure accuracy and risk mitigation.
Present data analysis findings in engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Promote compliance with payroll legislation and best practises.
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth adoption of payroll process changes.What We're Looking For:
Extensive experience as a Payroll Business Analyst or Consultant.
Strong understanding of payroll transformation, process improvement, and change management.
Familiarity with ResourceLink and SAP payroll systems.
Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Experience in shared services or global payroll operating models is a plus.Key Attributes:
