Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* Rotating Shifts: 8.30 – 5pm, 8.00 – 4.30pm, 9.30 – 6pm
Main Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to residents across Breckland, North Norfolk, and Kings Lynn.
* Taking payments and raising worksheets.
* Monitoring emails daily and completing admin tasks as a team.
* Following established procedures and processes.
* Working independently and as a team player.
