An Account Coordinator will be responsible for the success of the site recruitment, candidate management and providing service excellence to the client as well as building a great relationship with the client’s key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Ensure success of attraction using platforms/strategies and comply with hiring plans.
Candidate Management: Involves shop floor walks, checking absence/performance/timekeeping and conducting welfare checks.
Administration Management: Accurately record and highlight any data, meet KPI/MI deadlines consistently.
Payroll: Address payment and holiday queries. Communicate pay-related updated to workers.
Client communication: Respond in a timely manner to all communications received and build a strong relationship on-site.
