This school is known for its community feel and supportive Senior Leadership Team. The Teaching Assistant will be supporting learners to make progress in all subjects. They must have experience working with children, ideally within a school setting. Responsibilities Supporting the classroom teacher Reporting problems to the classroom teacher Monitoring and evaluation of pupil progress Delivering small group interventions Behaviour management Working closely with other Teaching staff Requirements of the candidate: Experience working with young people, ideally in a classroom setting Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification A strong team player, with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills, who can support and inspire children to learn.
