Due to continued growth and an established national client portfolio, we are seeking Asbestos Analysts/Surveyor to join our clients field-based teams across the UK.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nIn this dual role, you will be responsible for conducting:\n\n✔ UKAS-accredited air monitoring and four-stage clearances\n\n✔ Asbestos surveys across housing and commercial properties\n\n✔ Supporting project management, training, and auditing within the Asbestos Management Team\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\n\nSalary: £34,000 - £43,000 (DOE)\n\n33 days annual leave (25 days + 8 public holidays)\n\nHealth Assurance Scheme\n\nLegal & General Pension Scheme\n\nEnhanced Company Sick Pay\n\nPerks At Work Discount Scheme\n\nCompany Car or Car Allowance\n\nAs an Asbestos Senior Consultant, you will serve as a key technical advisor on asbestos-related legislative and compliance matters, supporting both clients and internal business needs. You will take responsibility for the accurate and timely delivery of data and certification to clients, ensuring technical reviews meet required standards.
In non-routine or complex scenarios, you will be expected to propose and guide solutions for internal and client review.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide expert advice on asbestos legislation and technical matters to clients and internal teams.\n\nConduct asbestos surveys and inspections, including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys and Air monitoring across a variety of properties—including industrial and high-risk sites—independently and to a high standard.\n\nEnsure the timely and accurate release of reports, data, and certification to clients.\n\nOversee complex technical problem-solving activities and provide strategic input in challenging situations.\n\nAct as a senior point of contact for clients, handling queries and offering guidance on technical and legislative issues.\n\n#Mentor junior staff where appropriate and promote high technical standards across the team.\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience conducting all types of asbestos surveys independently and four stage clearances\n\nStrong knowledge of asbestos legislation, guidance documents\n\nExcellent communication and client-facing skills.\n\nAbility to review complex data and provide practical, compliant advice.\n\nCapable of working independently and as part of a wider team
