This forward-thinking, supportive practice is looking for a passionate and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join their highly skilled team.
The Role
* 4-day working week with 2 dedicated operating days
* 1 in 4 Saturdays (9 am – 12 pm)
* No Sundays, Bank Holidays, or out-of-hours work
* 20-minute consults to allow for thorough patient care
* Structured daily schedule with morning, afternoon, and evening breaks, including protected admin time and lunch
* Daily team catch-ups to foster collaboration and support
* 20 minute consults - 9am-12:30pm with 1hr lunch, then 1:30pm-2:40pm, then up until 4pm admin time, then 4pm-7pm consults.
* Operating day: 8am/9am admits - operating until 2pm, then consults from 4pm. Or 9am start with 10am onwards ops.
* Ideal candidate interested in doing a surgical certificate at some stage but not necessarily having one already

Ultrasound, DR X-ray, multi-parameters, syringe driver, Tonopen, and Phovia.
Separate dog and cat/rabbit wards for a stress-free patient experience.
Collaboration with an expert orthopaedic team that visits regularly.
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience)
