Base salary of £20k-£25k (DOE) OTE in yr 1 £35k On site parking LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR-HARROW We are seeking a dynamic LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR to join my clients growing team. My clients are a long established and market leading estate agents based in Harrow's town centre.We are looking for a dynamic Lettings Negotiator with a proven track record of being able to deliver exceptional results, to join their friendly team. You will need to be self motivated and able to work to targets within a fast paced, professional environment. If you have a passion for estate agency, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you. Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience within the industry and are hungry to succeed with ambition, drive & eager to learn. You will need to be smart, articulate and own or have access to a car. Key Responsibilities for the LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR role: Actively manage a portfolio of properties, from listing to letting Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers with potential tenants Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring high levels of customer service Generate new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and client follow-up Ensure all lettings comply with relevant legislation and company policies Assist with tenancy agreements, referencing, and inventory management Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records What We’re Looking For: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure A positive attitude and a team player Good knowledge of the local property market is an advantage (but not essential) A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential What We Offer: Competitive base salary of £20k-£25k (DOE) with an attractive commission structure (OTE in yr 1 £35k) Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development A supportive team environment with excellent career progression opportunities On site parking Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Sat 9am-4pm with 1/2 day in lieu 20 days holiday Bank Holidays
