1. Work within the team to assist with the processing of two monthly payrolls
2. Inputting variables, i.e. add hours, sleep-ins, on-calls.
3. Calculating sickness deduction/payments, backdated pay, cost splits, incremental rises, changes in hours, leaver payments (including redundancy), re-grades and all other variable data relating to pay
4. Processing and checking of all starter and leaver information
5. Calculating and monitoring all statutory payments and ensuring current legislation is adhered to
6. Administering the company's benefits
