Project Manager
Our Project Manager for Construction will be responsible for overseeing our Small Works projects from initiation to completion at our Surrey Quays Office.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Plan and Budget for Projects
2. Maintain Excellent Client Relationships
3. Main Point of Contact for Project Updates
4. Lead and Motivate Project Teams, Ensuring Successful Project Outcomes
5. Monitor Project Budgets, Track Expenses, Implement Cost-Saving Measures
6. Maintain Accurate Project Documentation, Plans, Permits and Progress Reports
7. Prioritise and Enforce Strict Safety Protocols
8. Address/Resolve Project-Related Issues
9. Determine and Assess Need for Additional Staff/Consultants in Alignment with Project Needs
10. Attend Project Manager Meetings
What You’ll Need:
1. Proven Experience in the Project Management of Fire Protection Projects
2. Strong Construction Industry Knowledge
3. Strong Knowledge of British Standards and LPC Standards
4. Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
5. Track Record of Successful Project Completion
6. Proficiency in Project Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite
7. Valid UK Driving License and Reliable Transportation
This is an office-based role and would require the successful Small Works Project Manager to attend Monday-Friday at Office 502, Cannon Wharf, Pell Street, Surrey Quays, SE8 5EN.
