About us
Jessop Medical Practice provides healthcare to approximately 17,000 patients in the heart of Amber Valley, Derbyshire. We work from 2 purpose-built premises in Leabrooks and Ripley.
We are a friendly, supportive and innovative team comprising of 5 partners, 8 salaried GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, and Nurse Practitioners. We pride ourselves on our excellent support network and strong local reputation. We place a high emphasis on continuous learning and development and have been training GPs for many years.
Our practice operates on SystmOne with additional software including Ardens, AccuRx, and others to enhance our service delivery.
As part of the ARCH PCN, we collaborate with 8 neighbouring practices, benefiting from a wide range of additional healthcare professionals, including a home visiting team, a pharmacy team, FCPs, and GP assistants.
Current Partners hold leadership roles at PCN and system level.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Full GMC registration
* Enhanced DBS
* Experience of working in a Primary care environment
* Experience of continued professional development
* General understanding of the GMS contract
