About The Role
As a Wellbeing and Activities Organiser, you'll be the creative force behind engaging activities that reflect the individual interests of our residents. You'll work closely with the well-being lead to plan, design, and deliver enriching, person-centered activities. Your goal? To bring joy and fulfilment to our residents' lives and make their wishes come true!
What You’ll Do
* Create a stimulating environment that promotes happiness, development, and lifestyle choices.
* Engage with residents, team members, and relatives to support a one-team approach to care.
* Collaborate with the Leadership Team on our journey to achieving outstanding care standards.
* Inspire fun and creativity while living out our TLC values every day.
* Organize and support a schedule of events and activities, ensuring they are tailored to our residents' interests and needs.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in supporting and organizing programs of events or activities.
* Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Strong listening, written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
* A basic command of core Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* An occupational therapy background is a plus.
* Professional appearance and demeanour.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative without supervision.
