About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to undertake a leadership role in our Projects and Change team. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a range of exciting programmes, for example;
* Devolution
* Digital transformation
* Transforming adult social care
* Implementing a new case management system
You will be comfortable in taking ownership and leading a multidisciplinary project team and be astute to the political nature of the public sector. Well-developed analytical skills, evidence of positive people management, including the ability to coach others, are key for this role, as well as the ability to build relationships with and manage senior stakeholders. With a focus on delivery of benefits, evidence of achieving cultural and behavioural change to improve the experience or outcomes for the customer is also vital for this role.
