Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage end-to-end delivery of client Infra services BAU delivery and projects sponsored by one or more customer groups to scope, time and budget.
2. Provide leadership and direction to project team members.
3. Initiate, build and sustain productive relationships with stakeholders.
4. Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise.
5. Manage P&L for the program with additional revenue opportunities and Margin Optimization.
6. Identify appropriate resolution to achieve client satisfaction in a timely manner.
7. Enforce standard methodologies, processes and tools.
8. Evaluate and identify Continuous Service Improvements and deliver value adds.
9. Schedule and run customer governance/cadence meetings and ensure that actions agreed are progressed and reported back to customer.
10. Defining the program governance (controls).
11. Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.
12. Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies.
13. Service Level Management & operational controls and KPI.
14. Design and implement Continuous service improvements.
15. Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager.
16. Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.
17. Provide direction and implement medium to long-range strategic objectives for the IT support function.
18. Source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers in delivering end-to-end support services to the Client.
19. Work with internal CoE’s and support functions to be able to meet the program objectives.
Experience Required:
1. Must have ServiceNow Platform experience, ITSM, ITOM & Integration.
2. Travel and work from client site as required.
