Description: This role requires you to be a motivated and self-driven person, undertaking Business to Business sales to SME employers. Effectively promoting our Learning Curve Group products, marketing our local candidates as well as generating upskills and focusing on our Apprenticeship Recruitment Service. You will promote the dedicated recruitment service offering as we know that this service is very attractive to SME employers.
You will lead and motivate a small team of sales focused individuals to ensure that we maximise the business opportunity with SME employers across the country. You will coordinate all activities within the apprenticeship sales team, leading from the front with your team of Sales Consultants. Ensuring both own and team KPIs are met and sales opportunities are secured and in line with agreed processes.
This role is fixed term (maternity cover) until 9th June 2025.
DUTIES
* Managing and motivating a team of sales consultants
* Regularly monitor the tracker to ensure accurate performance reports
* Effective forecasting to Head of Sales
* Overseeing the engagement of all SME clients
* Marketing of quality candidates generated by the recruitment team to promote our cost free recruitment offer
* Hold appraisals / one-to-ones / performance reviews
* Review and amend sales processes
* Deliver sales coaching and training as directed by the Head of Sales
* Following up on enquiries from marketing
* Promoting all available products via telephone and email to all prospects
* Manage enquiries from clients and provide appropriate support
* Manage and keep the CRM system up to date
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential SME clients and other external organisations
* Identify and engage in communication with local employment partnership groups to promote our services and identify opportunities
* Attending careers events to promote Learning Curve Group
* Effectively communicating with other staff members about day to day activities
* Identify own learning and training needs
* Identify learning and training needs for other sales consultants within the team
* Ensure own deadlines are met as well as deadlines assigned to other sales consultants
* Create and submit accurate and timely reports to the Head of Sales
* Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice guidance as part of your everyday role
* Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours
