Private M&A Team

The Role
This position offers the chance to work on a range of private M&A matters, as well as public M&A, joint ventures, and corporate advisory work. The team is committed to providing associates with broad experience and a supportive environment for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on private M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate advisory matters.
* Managing due diligence processes and negotiating transaction documents.
* Developing strong client relationships and contributing to business development efforts.
* Supporting junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Requirements
* 3-6 PQE, with solid experience in private M&A and corporate law.
* Excellent legal and commercial skills, with the ability to deliver client-focused solutions.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive in identifying business development opportunities and growing the practice.
* Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.
* A commitment to developing junior team members and supporting a positive firm culture.
Candidates MUST be qualified solicitors, ideally qualified in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
